We ship across Canada and to the lower 48 US states. Here's what it costs and how long it takes.
Shipping
Every piece ships to you directly from our supplier's warehouse or the artist's studio, not from a shelf in our back room. Here is what delivery costs and how long it takes.

Framed art has its own shipping, based on its size (below). If your order mixes art with other pieces, the two are added together and you'll see one shipping total at checkout.
Framed art from our Ontario maker
Our framed art is made to order for you in Burlington, Ontario. Shipping is based on the size of the piece, and each size is charged once per order:

Free shipping on Small and Medium pieces when your order is $1,000 or more. Larger pieces always ship at the rate above, because they travel by special courier or freight.
Free pickup in Burlington. Prefer to collect it yourself? Choose Pickup at checkout and select “Celadon Art – Burlington” to pay no shipping. We'll email you when your piece is ready with pickup details. Please bring your order number. Pickup is for framed art only.
Please check your art when it arrives and tell us about any damage within 3 business days, with photos of the piece and the packaging.
Rug samples
18″ × 18″ rug samples ship free to Canada and the US.
When your order arrives
- Rugs, pillows, throws and lighting ship within 2–3 weeks of your order (a few items from our supplier's California warehouse can take up to 5 weeks), then take a few business days in transit.
- Large rugs (9 ft wide and up) and a few large light fixtures travel by freight truck. Allow about a week in transit after they ship. Freight is delivered to your threshold: the first dry, secure spot, such as your garage, porch or front entry. The driver doesn't bring it inside or set it up.
- Framed art is made by hand in Ontario after you order. Allow 3–4 weeks for it to be made, then a few business days for delivery.
We'll email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. If an order is running later than we said, we'll tell you before you have to ask.
Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut
Delivery to northern addresses is quoted for each order, so checkout can't offer a rate there yet. Email us with the pieces you'd like and your community, and we'll send you a delivery quote and a secure payment link.
Shipping to the United States
We ship rugs, pillows, throws and lighting to the contiguous United States and Washington, DC (not Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or APO/FPO addresses).
- Orders under US$360: US$29. Orders of US$360 or more: free.
- Large rugs (9 ft wide and up) and large light fixtures: US$179 per order, delivered by freight to your threshold.
- US orders ship from our supplier's US warehouse within 1–3 weeks. Because they don't cross the border, there are no import duties or customs brokerage fees.
- Prices and shipping are in US dollars.
Framed art and antique rugs aren't available at checkout for US addresses. Framed art is made in Canada and has to be shipped across the border by freight, so we quote it separately. Email us with the piece and your address, and we'll quote delivery, including any customs costs, before you decide.
Local pickup and expedited shipping
Framed art can be picked up free in Burlington (see above). Other pieces ship directly from our suppliers, so we can't offer pickup or expedited shipping on them.
