We ship across Canada and to the United States. Here's everything you need to know.

* Oversized items include large rugs (9'+ in any dimension) and certain lighting fixtures. Shipping quotes for these items will be provided at checkout.
Processing Times
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
Most items ship within 3–5 business days of order confirmation. During peak periods (holidays, sales), processing may take up to 7 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery Estimates
Canada
- Ontario & Quebec: 3–7 business days
- Western Canada (BC, AB, SK, MB): 5–10 business days
- Atlantic Canada (NS, NB, PEI, NL): 5–10 business days
- Northern Canada (YT, NT, NU): 10–15 business days; additional charges may apply
United States
Delivery to the contiguous United States typically takes 7–14 business days after shipment. US customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import fees levied by US Customs and Border Protection. These fees are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
Tracking Your Order
A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent as soon as your order ships. You can also check the status of your order at any time from your account page.
If you placed an order as a guest and cannot locate your tracking email, please contact us with your order number.
Damaged or Missing Items
We take great care in packaging your order, but occasionally damage occurs in transit. If you receive a damaged item:
- Photograph the outer packaging and the damaged item before moving it
- Email us at hello@willowanddoveshop.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and photos
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours and building management first, then contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
