1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using willowanddoveshop.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Due to the handmade nature of many of our products — particularly rugs — colours, textures, and dimensions may vary slightly from what is shown. This is a characteristic of handcrafted goods, not a defect.

We make every effort to accurately describe our products. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, colours, or other content on the Site are error-free or complete.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inventory limitations, or pricing errors.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms, timelines, and rates are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund procedures are outlined in our Returns & Exchanges Policy. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of that policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, and design elements — is the property of Willow & Dove Studios or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

8. User Accounts

You may create an account to access order history and manage your information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Willow & Dove Studios and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, your purchase of products, or any related matter.

Our total liability for any claim related to these terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Willow & Dove Studios from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
