At Willow & Dove, we want your new pieces to arrive safely and on time. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Where We Ship
We ship to addresses within Canada and the United States. We're a proudly Canadian business based in Ontario, serving customers across North America.
Shipping Times
Because we work with a curated network of suppliers who ship directly to you, delivery times can vary depending on the item and the supplier's location. As a general guide:
- Standard shipping: 7–14 business days from the date your order is confirmed.
- Processing time: 1–3 business days before your order ships.
Please note that business days do not include weekends or statutory holidays. During peak seasons or promotional events, shipping times may be slightly longer.

Oversized Items
Large rugs (8 feet and wider) require special freight handling due to their size and weight. An oversized delivery surcharge of $49.99 applies to these items, in addition to any standard shipping charges. This surcharge covers the extra care and handling needed to deliver these beautiful pieces safely to your door.
Oversized items are clearly marked on their product pages so there are no surprises at checkout.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on Canadian orders of $250 CAD or more and US orders of $350 CAD or more (before taxes). Spend a little more, save on shipping — it's our way of saying thank you for choosing Willow & Dove.
Tip: Add a matching pillow or throw to your rug order to reach the free shipping threshold!
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you don't receive a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or supplier availability. If your order is significantly delayed, we'll keep you informed and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
