Details
Abisko is a gold iron lamp with a white cotton empire shade and two bulbs tucked under it for a fuller, more even glow. The switch sits on the cord, which is handy when the lamp is partly hidden behind something.
Where we'd use it: on a sideboard in a dining room, or on a sofa table behind a couch where a switch on the cord is easier to reach than one under the shade. The long 8-foot cord helps when the outlet is on the far side of the room.
Pair it with: cream or ivory walls, a traditional wool rug, dark wood and framed botanical prints.
