Details
Olive is the only accent in this sandy beige antique, which keeps the whole rug earthy and restful. Taupe, sandstone and ivory make up the rest. It was hand-knotted in Turkey with a Persian knot in wool and cotton, has a low pile, and there is only one.
Where we'd use it: a bedroom with green walls or a view of trees, or a family room where you want something calm. At 6'11" x 10'2" it slides under a queen bed with rug to spare on both sides.

Care
Vacuum regularly on a low setting, without the beater bar on wool and hand-knotted rugs. Blot spills straight away with a clean white cloth; don't rub. Turn the rug every six months so it wears and fades evenly, and use a rug pad underneath. For deep cleaning, use a professional rug cleaner.
