Details
A wide, shorter runner in ivory and sandstone, with sky blue and taupe running through its ornamental traditional pattern. It's hand-knotted in Turkey in wool and cotton, low in pile, and it is one of a kind.
Where we'd use it: across the foot of a king bed, where a runner is an easy alternative to a room-size rug, or down the middle of a wide galley kitchen. At 9'9" it's a practical length for both.
Pair it with: chambray or pale blue bedding, a cream quilt and a pair of brass bedside lamps.
- Size: 3'6" x 9'9" runner (107 x 297 cm)
- Construction: Hand-knotted in Turkey
- Materials: 80% wool, 20% cotton
- Pile: about 0.12 in (3 mm)
- Availability: one piece only, final sale. Enquire to confirm it's still available before you buy.
Care: Professional rug cleaning only. Vacuum gently without the beater bar and rotate it every six months. Small irregularities in colour and shape are normal in a handmade antique.

Care
Vacuum regularly on a low setting, without the beater bar on wool and hand-knotted rugs. Blot spills straight away with a clean white cloth; don't rub. Turn the rug every six months so it wears and fades evenly, and use a rug pad underneath. For deep cleaning, use a professional rug cleaner.
