Desota is a large black iron task floor lamp with a white linen shade, in a larger and a smaller size: 79.5 inches high and 60 inches wide, or 76 inches high and 31 inches wide. It has a foot switch and a built-in outlet, and it's also offered in nickel.
Where we'd use it: the bigger size behind a sofa or a reading chair in a room with plenty of floor space, the smaller one beside a desk or armchair. A modern Art Deco shape like this works as sculpture in a spare room.
Pair it with: a low sofa in cream or cognac, black and white art, marble and walnut.
