Details
The black base is what sets Elgood apart: it anchors the grey resin body and beige linen shade so the lamp looks grounded instead of pale. It's 59 inches tall, updated traditional in style, with a 3-way switch.
Where we'd use it: in a living room with dark floors, where an all-light lamp can look like it's floating, or in a study with black window frames. It also suits a bedroom with an iron bed.
Pair it with: black accents, charcoal and ivory pillows, grey wool and a little aged brass.
