Hierro's body is made of paper in a matte grey, which gives it an unusual, soft texture for a lamp this size. At 31.5 inches with a beige cotton empire shade and a mango wood finial, it has a rustic, industrial feel.
Where we'd use it: on end tables beside a big sofa, where the height puts light over your shoulder, or on a sideboard in a loft-style dining room. The black cord is easy to hide against dark furniture.
