Blue ceramic under a matching blue linen shade makes this Alvik read almost as one sculpted object. The short 18-inch height and wide empire shade give it a friendly, modern Art Deco shape.
Where we'd use it: in a coastal bedroom, a kid's room with white furniture, or on a white bookcase. Blue lamps look fresh against warm whites and pale wood.
Pair it with: white linen, rope or rattan, sandy neutrals and a striped cotton rug.
