Chronos pairs a black ceramic body with a cream linen empire shade, a traditional combination with Arts & Crafts roots. It's 25.6 inches tall, takes a globe bulb and also comes in green.
Where we'd use it: on a desk in a library-style study, a nightstand in a darker bedroom, or a side table next to a leather chair. The green version suits a room with wood panelling or a lot of plants.
Pair it with: oak or walnut, plaid wool, brass and deep green or oxblood leather.
