A plain wood veneer column and a light grey linen drum: Duxbury is modern and minimal, the kind of lamp that fits in anywhere. The light is directed upward, which bounces off the ceiling and gives a room a soft general glow.
Where we'd use it: in a living room corner with a low sofa, or a bedroom where overhead light feels too harsh. At 60 inches it sits nicely beside a mid-height armchair.
Pair it with: a grey or oatmeal sofa, light wood, simple black frames and a wool rug with a subtle texture.
