Details
In a bedroom, two pieces from this series hung either side of the bed are hard to beat. Dossier II shows gestural white flowers brushed in gouache across a 19th-century French document, in a quiet palette of black, brown and white.
Where we'd use it: above a pair of nightstands with a matching partner from the series, or on its own in the large size over a dresser. The vertical shape suits the narrow walls you often find beside windows in older homes.
Pair it with: white bedding, a chocolate-brown throw, aged brass lamps and a warm wood headboard.
- Finish: glass framed
- Sizes: large or mid or small
- Orientation: vertical
- Made in: Burlington, Ontario, made to order
Care: Wipe the glass with a soft, barely damp cloth and dust the frame. Avoid strong direct sunlight.

Delivery
Outside Canada and the US we deliver by quote. Add this piece to your cart and send the cart from the cart page: we email a sales order with shipping, duties and taxes, and nothing is charged until you approve and pay it.
Made by hand in Ontario, just for you. Allow 3–4 weeks for it to be made, then a few business days for delivery. Shipping is calculated by size at checkout, from $29 in Ontario and $39 elsewhere in Canada; this piece's shipping size and rates are shown above. Small and Medium pieces ship free on orders of $1,000 or more. Art-only orders can be picked up free in Burlington.
Returns
Final sale, because each piece is made to order. Damaged, defective or wrong? We'll replace it or refund it in full, including shipping: tell us within 3 business days of delivery, with photos of the piece and the packaging.
Care
Hang out of direct sunlight and away from bathrooms and other damp rooms. Dust the frame with a soft, dry cloth. To clean glazing, spray a little glass cleaner onto the cloth, never onto the piece.
