A slim, cordless lamp in brown iron, 14.6 inches tall and just 3.9 inches wide. Furnas runs on batteries and has a dimmer, so it can go wherever you want a small pool of light, with no outlet needed.
Where we'd use it: on a bookshelf between rows of books, or on a narrow entry ledge. Its light points down, so it brightens the surface it sits on rather than the ceiling, which gives a shelf a warm, lived-in look in the evening.
Pair it with: leather-bound books, a small brass tray, dried grasses and dark walnut.
