Details
A gourd-shaped raffia basket woven over an iron frame, in soft grey with two natural bands around the belly. The mouth sits slightly off centre, which keeps it from looking too tidy, and at 20 inches high it stands on the floor with real presence.
Where we'd use it: beside a sofa arm or a reading chair, tucked into the corner of an entry, or at the end of a bench in a mudroom where it can hold a rolled throw or simply stand empty.
Pair it with: a cream boucle chair, pale oak floors, a chunky knit throw and a jute or wool rug.
