Details
Two heavy blocks of matte black anchor a weathered field of ivory and bone, scored with pencil marks, drips and a few ochre traces. The originals were made over a plaster ground, and that raw, studio-worn texture comes through in the print.
Where we'd use it: a minimalist or industrial space: above a concrete-topped console, a low sofa, or a desk in a loft. It needs a bit of wall around it, so give it a clear, uncluttered spot.
Pair it with: blackened steel, raw oak, white plaster walls and an ivory wool rug.
- Finishes: glass framed, framed canvas, gallery wrap canvas, canvas on board
- Orientation: horizontal
- Made in: Burlington, Ontario, made to order
Care: Dust the frame with a dry cloth and wipe any glass with a soft cloth. Keep it out of direct sun.
