Trailing leaves and vines in dove grey and pewter drift down over washes of ivory and taupe, on a rough, layered surface built from acrylic washes, pencil and paper. Fine lines of silver gild pick up the light as you move around the room.
Where we'd use it: in a living room or bedroom with soft neutrals, where a horizontal piece can run above a sofa, a headboard or a long dresser. The silver catches lamplight at night, so it's lovely somewhere you'll see it in the evening.
Pair it with: grey velvet or linen, mercury glass, pale taupe walls and a few candles.
- Finishes: glass framed, framed canvas, gallery wrap canvas
- Orientation: horizontal
- Made in: Burlington, Ontario, made to order
Care: Dust the frame with a dry cloth and wipe any glass with a soft cloth. Keep it out of direct sun.

Delivery & returns
Delivery
Outside Canada and the US we deliver by quote. Add this piece to your cart and send the cart from the cart page: we email a sales order with shipping, duties and taxes, and nothing is charged until you approve and pay it.
Made by hand in Ontario, just for you. Allow 3–4 weeks for it to be made, then a few business days for delivery. Shipping is calculated by size at checkout, from $29 in Ontario and $39 elsewhere in Canada; this piece's shipping size and rates are shown above. Small and Medium pieces ship free on orders of $1,000 or more. Art-only orders can be picked up free in Burlington.
Returns
Final sale, because each piece is made to order. Damaged, defective or wrong? We'll replace it or refund it in full, including shipping: tell us within 3 business days of delivery, with photos of the piece and the packaging.
Care
Hang out of direct sunlight and away from bathrooms and other damp rooms. Dust the frame with a soft, dry cloth. To clean glazing, spray a little glass cleaner onto the cloth, never onto the piece.
