A single sparrow perches on windswept reeds, drawn in pale, sketch-like lines over a deep umber-brown ground. Faint ink splatters and soft fold lines in the paper give it an aged, field-notebook look.
Where we'd use it: in a bedroom, a study or a reading chair corner with warm neutrals. It comes matted or with no mat; the matted version reads a bit more traditional, and the no-mat version is simpler and more modern.
Pair it with: caramel leather, a waffle-knit throw in cream, and a woven basket or two.
- Finishes: no matte, matted
- Orientation: square
- Made in: Burlington, Ontario, made to order
Care: A soft dry cloth for the frame and glass or canvas. Hang it away from direct sun and humidity.
