Details
Billowing clouds fill the whole frame of this vintage-style black-and-white photograph, their shapes carved out by deep shadow and bright light. It's a study in contrast that still feels calm.
Where we'd use it: a home office, a guest bedroom, or a gallery wall of black-and-white images. Its full, busy sky balances the emptier fog landscapes and moon photographs if you're grouping several together.
Pair it with: white walls, grey flannel or wool, black-framed mirrors and warm oak. A plain wall around it keeps the sky the focus, and a small lamp nearby warms the greys.
- Finish: glass framed
- Orientation: vertical
- Made in: Burlington, Ontario, made to order
Care: A soft cloth for the frame and glass is all it needs. Hang it out of direct sun so the colours stay true.
