Details
A vintage engineering map of the City of Vancouver, drawn in fine black lines on aged ivory, with dense street grids, coordinate numbers and hand-lettered neighbourhood names. It's one of those pieces people stand in front of, looking for the streets they know.
Where we'd use it: a condo living room, an office, or the hallway of anyone who grew up on the West Coast. The black and ivory palette keeps it modern enough for a clean, contemporary space. Hang it at eye level so the detail can be read.
Pair it with: black steel, white oak, a grey wool sofa and a leather desk chair.
- Finish: glass framed
- Orientation: horizontal
- Made in: Burlington, Ontario, made to order
Care: Dust the frame and wipe the glass with a soft cloth. Keep it out of direct sun.

Delivery & returns
Delivery
Outside Canada and the US we deliver by quote. Add this piece to your cart and send the cart from the cart page: we email a sales order with shipping, duties and taxes, and nothing is charged until you approve and pay it.
Made by hand in Ontario, just for you. Allow 3–4 weeks for it to be made, then a few business days for delivery. Shipping is calculated by size at checkout, from $29 in Ontario and $39 elsewhere in Canada; this piece's shipping size and rates are shown above. Small and Medium pieces ship free on orders of $1,000 or more. Art-only orders can be picked up free in Burlington.
Returns
Final sale, because each piece is made to order. Damaged, defective or wrong? We'll replace it or refund it in full, including shipping: tell us within 3 business days of delivery, with photos of the piece and the packaging.
Care
Hang out of direct sunlight and away from bathrooms and other damp rooms. Dust the frame with a soft, dry cloth. To clean glazing, spray a little glass cleaner onto the cloth, never onto the piece.
