Details
A note of olive grounds this otherwise light, sky-blue antique, with sandstone, ivory and taupe around it. It was hand-knotted in Turkey with an ornamental traditional pattern and fringe at the ends, and it is the single piece we have.
Where we'd use it: a study or reading room, or a bedroom with a green accent wall. At 7'4" x 9'11" it sits comfortably under a desk and chair with room around them.
Pair it with: olive velvet, a brass desk lamp and dark-framed botanical prints.

Care
Vacuum regularly on a low setting, without the beater bar on wool and hand-knotted rugs. Blot spills straight away with a clean white cloth; don't rub. Turn the rug every six months so it wears and fades evenly, and use a rug pad underneath. For deep cleaning, use a professional rug cleaner.
